Being small accommodation provider, cancellations affect us significantly.

This policy ensures payments or deposits are retained only if the room(s) are not able to be re-let.

  • Refunds are made less a 5% bank administration fee deduction.

  • VISA/MasterCard details to secure booking.

  • If canceled within 7 days of booked date(s) full amount charged unless re-let.

  • If canceled before 7 days of arrival, 50% deposit is charged.

  • 100% is charged for a no show.
