This policy ensures payments or deposits are retained only
if the room(s) are not able to be re-let.
Refunds are made less a 5% bank administration fee deduction.

If canceled within 7 days of booked date(s) full amount charged unless
re-let.
If canceled before 7 days of arrival, 50% deposit is charged.
100% is charged for a no show.
